Costa Rica
At the summit of the mountain behing me, you can see the Pacific and the Atlantic ocean
Negligence and laziness have set in after two months and finally, here we are giving you news. We are still in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica… Lynne is working hard in her little beachfront cabin doing massage. And me, well I am perfecting the national sport of balancing myself in a hammock in the middle of the day when the heat is unbearable. Soon enough, I will have to cut my roots here and take in the fact that I will be biking back up to Canada soon.

Unfortunately we haven’t made enough money to continue our trip down south. We are going to take our time heading north. Taking in the culture and people is a priority for us this time around. Leaving solo this time is setting new challenges for me. My girlfriend Lynne is returning back to Canada and will be meeting with me in Mexico in three months time.
When a spurt of energy comes, I hop on this board and take in a beating
This time around the rainy season is when I am beginning my trip back towards the north. The moral and my gear will be tested constantly from what the locals have informed me. When the rains come you have the impression that the earth is moving beneath your feet. The current of water is strong as the water directs itself downhill into the ocean.
Soon enough I will give you all news after my departure on the 18th of April.
